使命召唤4》V1.30 升级补丁

修正内容：

该补丁修正了 Anti-lag 在默认情况下总是启用的 Bug，修改了狙击步枪在一定距离上的精度，修正了切换地图时对话信息被切断的问题。

该补丁可以将所有先期版本升级到 V1.30 。

注意：升级到 V1.30 后，将不能再连接 V1.00 - V1.20 的主机。
