COD2 V1.30 主机免等待补丁

以前尽管可以通过修改 HOST 文件去除序列号验证，但是游戏主机运行后，客户端需要等待 30 分钟才能联入。

这个补丁可以解决游戏主机 30 分钟的等待问题，仅在服务器端使用。

下载后将压缩包内的 CoD2MP_s.exe 文件覆盖到游戏文件夹即可。
