Ennuyé!!!!!!!!!!!! 真是无聊!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 今天早上又被爆竹吵醒了,昨天我可是没睡好的啊!!!!!!!!!! 查看(83) 评论(10) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 美好的停滞 2007-02-15 09:24:00 懒洋洋的, 我醒了. . . 拉开窗帘, 外面仍旧是灰蒙蒙的天. 昨天中午, 我站在院子里, 把那些吐苗的花搬来搬去, 因为阳光少有, 我养的鸭拓草从浓艳的紫变成了非常不雅观的黄绿色, 一朵花也开不出, 很颓废的站立在那里. 盆子里的薄荷在前一个星期彻底被我摧残了一遍, 我把它所有的枝都剪了, 今天它有开始长出深绿色的小芽, 密密麻麻的像是黑色孤岛上流放的囚犯......很闲适. 那些肉质植物全部停止了发育, 尤其是种在雪糕盒子里的那棵, 完全退化成原始时期的植物, 皱缩, 瘦小, 看着让人很不舒服. 日日春的种子被我很细心的收好, 不知道今年变暖后, 可不可以栽活. 没有一朵花开了. 院子里很阴冷. 所以我坐在电脑前, 什么也不做, 看着那一幅幅与阳光有关的图发呆. 其实我希望永远都可以这样呆坐着, 没有目的, 也没有人会催着你赶快上路. 上学的路, 放学的路, 我走了多少次... 每一次都可以蕴酿出一首诗. 昨天的情人节我去上夜校, 每跳路都堵得水泄不通, 情侣们不知疲倦地在车流中穿梭. 女孩子的手上都有一束玫瑰. 每个女孩子的笑都无比灿烂. 花神福罗拉真的创造了玫瑰? 还是创造了这些人的笑脸? 我想, 如果是我, 我希望会是一束淡蓝色的鸢尾. 回家的时候, 我自己练自行车( 因为我现在还不大敢骑出去), 穿过小巷, 看到一个男生, 他手里有一束粉红色的玫瑰花, 在路灯下显得那么耀眼. 我心里想, 那个女孩一定会很高兴的. 但是有人小声地告诉我, 他在这里已经等待了三个小时. 我又在心里补充, 恩, 他是个痴情的男生. 在听音乐的时候, 我的心就不知道飞到哪去了. . . . . . 仿佛很高, 快要把云给剥开, 把太阳摘下来. 我很喜欢上面的画室, 我很想有个这样的画室, 在这种地方是很能生成灵感的. 我发觉外国的画家们都很有情调, 他们喜欢把画室布置得非常合乎美学要求. 我看过几个外国画家的画室, 让我最欣赏的是一位英国女画家, 她的画室靠近一跳小河, 打开窗就能看见游曳在河上的小船. 她画室有一张很漂亮的木桌, 靠窗摆着, 上面放着她的画板, 还有一大瓶花. 天花板上有很多漂亮的灯饰, 像个天堂. 而我去过几个老师的画室, 很乱, 石膏模型随意地堆在地上, 画架如同遮羞布似的堆叠在一起. 窗子的风钩已经完全锈蚀, 褪出黄黄的东西....... 整个画室沉闷压抑, 在这种环境都能创作, 我不得不佩服我的老师们. 外国画家的创作空间很大, 而中国画家仿佛被压制着, 没有将最大的潜能展示出来. 好几次注意了国外的一些双年展, 中国很多概念设计者和画家都去参加了, 弄了些作品, 我的能力有限, 不知道他们要表达什么. . . . . .我本希望他们不要像外国人那样弄得那么生硬, 结果还是让我失望了. 昨天下了很多图片, 非常漂亮, 收着以后做网页用. 查看(56) 评论(2) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 明天就要重装系统了...... 2007-02-12 18:25:00 现在我特别恨微软. 但想想, 他们也是为了公司的利益. 我们盗版用户太多了........连政府都带头用盗版的. 汗... 今天忙前忙后的备份文件, 下载驱动程序, 看安装教程.........这会儿没人帮我, 我自己装好了. 后天就正式放假了..........也没几天休息. 高三就是忙忙碌碌的. 忙到不知道要忙什么, 我很疲劳. 昨天很开心, 下了课去了公园, 和云兮玩了很久..............我们还买了一只兔兔, 灰色的, 很可爱. 我们给它取名叫千千. 千千是云兮小说里的反派, 原名千河. 我在小说里的名字是际昱堂, 是帅气的勘舆师. 查看(29) 评论(2) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 从心理学角度揭秘梦见鬼现象代表着什么 2007-01-22 19:36:00 从心理学角度揭秘梦见鬼现象代表着什么 现实中的灵异现象也许并不是每个人都会碰见，但在梦中，几乎所有人都遇见过鬼，那么，梦中的鬼代表着什么？以精神分析学派为代表的现代心理学家们根据人的心理情绪状况对梦中的鬼进行分类，认为鬼的形状就是某种情绪的表现形式。 白衣女鬼 孤独而缺乏生命力 一位男孩的梦中常出现一个站在湖水中露出上半身的长发白衣女鬼。这位男孩出生在一个富裕家庭，他是家里的独生子，从小到大，不管他要什么，父母都会满足。 但由于父母工作忙，父母与他在情感上的沟通机会很少。在外人看来，他应该活得很幸福。但实际他的内心极度痛苦，他渴望来自父母的关怀和爱。而父母却用金钱代替了情感的沟通，对他来说，金钱不能填补情感的缺失，因此在他的梦中会出现站在水中的白衣女鬼。 这是心理咨询师蔡晨瑞遇到的一个案例，蔡晨瑞说，我们在梦中出现得最多的是白衣女鬼的形象。她们的特点是长发飘飘，看起来很弱小，代表抑郁的情绪。白色象征纯洁高贵，但是当白色和鬼结合起来时，代表的是缺乏力量和生命力，代表苍白无力。白衣象征着血液流干后的苍白感。在这里，血是爱和情感的象征，当一个人的爱和情感没有了之后，她就变得苍白了。梦中这种女鬼往往是单独出现的，很孤独。因为抑郁的一个本质特点就是孤独。 僵尸 对感情冷漠而麻木 一个27岁的男子来做咨询，他说自己行为放荡且经常做噩梦，梦见僵尸。他出生在一个家境较好的家庭，学历高。曾交一女友。起初，女友对他不错。他认为找到了终生的爱情，对女友付出很多情感和金钱。后来，女友通过他的关系去美国留学，他托朋友，并自己出钱出力，让女友实现了梦想。可他没有想到，女友出国不到半年就抛弃了他。这个男子在情感上早期受关爱过多，没有受过情感挫折的锻炼。和女友分手的打击使他对世间人的看法有了很大变化，尤其对异性。他对异性态度开始变得像僵尸一样冷漠，把自己看成是僵尸。挫折使他对异性产生攻击的报复心。他用攻击和占有，来平衡他的挫折感。 这是心理咨询师何明华遇到的一个案例，何明华说，僵尸，看上去没有血，就像我们常说的“活死人”，实际上他们在精神上已经变得冷漠。这样的人对整个生活已经麻木，完全把自己内心的情感封闭起来，对世界没有情感反应，对他人机械。这种人的情感是被极度压抑的，他们由于缺乏情感和爱而变得僵化，失去活力。 淹死鬼 沉溺情感无法自拔 一个刚刚来北京上大学的外地女孩常常梦到一个长头发的鬼在身边出现，要把自己挤压到窒息。这种意象源自于这个女孩的母亲。出于对远在外地的女儿的不放心，母亲时时刻刻都要电话遥控，了解女儿在做什么，和谁在一起。女孩时时刻刻都感觉到母亲的压迫。对于她来说，母亲的爱已经转化成了一种控制，给她造成了精神压力和痛苦。过分的爱给人包围感和窒息感，使人有被溺死，窘息而死的感觉。 淹死鬼代表情感过于丰富，形象特征是湿淋淋的。上面案例中这种淹死鬼，表达的是一种受情感压迫的表现。这样的淹死鬼就像我们常常说的：既不打你，也不骂你，就用情感来折磨你。还有一种淹死鬼表达的是对感情的渴望与纠缠，一个人沉溺于情感无法自拔，那么他就会淹死。何明华认为，溺死的人往往是情感非常缠绵的人，可能为情而死。这样的人躲在情感的世界不能自拔。 厉鬼 压抑的愤怒情绪 一位四十多岁的女性来访者描述了自己在童年期得不到父母的关爱，总是被父母严厉地训斥，使她的童年过得非常不愉快的经历。 在她成家后，却对自己的孩子也采取同样教育方式。在她的梦中，常常出现张牙舞爪、面目凶恶的厉鬼。原来她一直对童年的遭遇耿耿于怀，她对父母严厉地对待不满，但是无形当中她又学习了父母对待自己的方式。而在她的内心一直都存在着对父母的一种愤怒的消极性情绪，这种消极情绪转化成了她梦中的厉鬼。 厉鬼代表压抑的愤怒情绪，愤怒情绪积压时间久了，就会在梦中或是意象中出现厉鬼，这也表达了梦者对愤怒情绪的不接纳。厉鬼往往是长着两只鹰爪，龇着牙，眼冒凶光。受挫折多的人往往富有攻击性的心理，而这种攻击得不到满足，常会以一种方式转换，即梦见的厉鬼。 吸血鬼 严重的依赖心理 某女性，26岁，在独处和梦境里常出现吸血鬼的形象，这个女子小时候，由于家庭重男轻女，她很少得到父母关爱，自我情感没得到很好的培养和发展。成年后，独立面向社会，不管做任何事都依赖别人，如同蚂蟥，吸人畜的血一样。在情感方面，依赖更强，交男友后，真想把自己和男友用绳子拴起来，男友只要不在身边，她会各种方式追踪男友信息，她嘴里说的是关心和爱，实际上是一种吸附行为，是极度情感缺失的依赖心理。 常常看见或梦见吸血鬼的人，有严重的依赖心理。梦见这种鬼的人觉得缺少情感和爱的时候，不去找自己的原因，而是通过吸取别人的情感来维持自己的活力。我们常常看到有些女性，在情感上对别人极其依赖，整天追踪男性，电话打个不停。吸血鬼象征看不见的吸纳，剥夺别人的情感。我们还会看到有的母亲对孩子情感的长期控制，其实也是对孩子的一种情感的剥削，反而母亲对孩子有一种依赖感。 其他梦中鬼的象征义 骷髅鬼：骷髅鬼是白衣女鬼、僵尸的极端表现，当一个人情感极度缺乏到了一定极限就变成了骷髅。蔡晨瑞说，骷髅象征死亡。当我们对死亡特别恐惧，或者生命力极弱的时候，我们有可能会梦到骷髅。 饿鬼：梦见饿鬼人，吸毒者居多。饿鬼的特点是饥不择食。当人吸毒后，会产生平时无法感受到的兴奋和快感，以此来麻痹自己，逃避面对自己心灵饥饿的状态。 吊死鬼：形象特征是吐着舌头。梦见吊死鬼人表明他不敢面对自己内心阴暗的东西，更不敢表达出来。舌头表示想说的欲望，他想说其实我很恐惧，我很害怕，但是却又不敢说。 无头鬼：人的头部代表理智，胸部代表情感，胸部以下代表欲望。无头代表理智与情感隔离得非常厉害。梦见无头鬼说明这个人理智太强，把自己的情感压抑的太深，然而压抑的力量有多大，被压抑的阴暗面的力量就有多大，内心阴暗面的力量得不到宣泄，就会转化成梦的形式。 画皮鬼：还有一种鬼看上去有迷人的外表，但是身体周围出现很多龌龊的东西，比如一些黏糊糊的东西，这种东西代表精液，这样的鬼内心放荡。它象征性变态，性心理有问题。 查看(49) 评论(4) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 ...写点什么 2007-01-13 17:47:00 今天考完了... 突然有种恐惧感. 不知道为什么呢. 很奇怪... 下午手指头依旧冻得写不了字, 答题卡上的黑框是我咬着牙硬写上去的... 我能听见拉锯似的涂卡声,但是手指却毫无知觉了. 英语阅读竟然选了一篇文学作品, 很高兴, 也很意外的. 读惯了冷冰冰的社科文的我, 现在居然连一篇文学作品都无法拿下. 真可笑呢. 读懂了,却翻译不出来. 有人说, 外国文学只能意会不能言传, 也许是吧. 今天回家特别的倒霉, 高楼居然有人从窗外吐痰........结果我的衣服.......那人真够缺德的. 回家拿消毒液擦了一遍又一遍. 倒霉.......结果下午换了衣服. 外面真冷. 明天还要上课去........555 查看(58) 评论(4) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 Men’s Biological clock 整理. 2007-01-11 19:21:00 2007.1.12 整理 “Have you ever thought about your biological clock?” “Never.” “No.” “Men don’t have to think about that.” “Men may not think about their biological clocks, but they should.” “There are some men whose biological clocks tick a lot faster…and a lot louder than others.” (Well), Doctor Harry Fisch wrote the book about that clock, and what happens when the timing is off. “A lot of people think, as they get older that there is erectile dysfunction, but there is more than just that. There’s excessive weight gain, uh, tiredness.” One of the factors determining the pace of that ticking is testosterone. “Testosterone is the major male hormone.” It helps regular mood, sex drive, fertility and muscle mass. And over time it drops, at a rate of about 1% pre year after age 40. Roughly 20% of men in their 60s are testosterone deficient. “One of the problems that occurs as men get older is that they convert more testosterone to female hormones or estrogens.” That’s right, the structure of testosterone is remarkably similar to the structure of estrogen. With just one enzyme, the body can convert this male hormone into a female hormone, and body fat speeds up the process. So a bigger belly can mean lower testosterone. “Remember our manners” “Thank you.” But it isn’t always that easy to spot. “My energy levels were depleted.” Jeff Volk came to Doctor Schlegel with all the symptoms of a man in the middle crisis. “I was constantly fatigued than in work. Jeff has been on hormone replacement for five years. “It… it’s increased the quality of my life.” But testosterone is a powerful hormone with many side effects and should be taken only with a doctor’s supervision. “We haven’t follow people long enough to know for sure testosterone replacement completely safe, but certainly appears to help with your cardiovascular health, with how you feel, with your bone density, had a number of factors like how you think.” So what’s a guy to do to keep his testosterone level normal, naturally? “The obvious answer is that size really does matter, that is the size of the belly. The easiest thing you can do to prevent your biological clock ticking too fast is losing the weight around the belly.” “So Jon, what would you say to men who want some testosterone stab?” “I won’t say don’t do it. On this day and age, almost every one has a cell phone… and so you walk to museum and see that all you have to do is dial a number…and punching a code, and you can hear the artists talking about his work, I think this is quiet wonderful. For the first time, the Norton is offering cell phone tours for its exhibition William Wegman Funny Strange, which features more than 2000 works. We are looking at exhibits and notices you can dial up a cell phone, we just decide to try it. All people have to do is dial the phone number follow by the * item number next to the artwork. This one with Betty, so I have to laugh, I’ve never seen the dog dressed this, and know a situation of mine in such an old and personal way. You know, we need try to open up a can, they want you pa* * …and they want all this information from new bash to get a traditional account. You don’t need that to be their verified. Catherine ready have credit card with bank of Queens land and applied for a second visa in Ma*. Her kitty is nine, and that’s when she called the bank to having a catnap. They called me probably awake a lie to decide they need it a hundred points of a day from Ma*, and sent me application form with this credit card. And Ma* doesn’t have a drive licence? No. He doesn’t own a passport. No. He is only to. Ma* doesn’t have a birthday *? No. But does have credit card. Were the bank already had Catherine’s details to issue her a second card, a card she is reliable for all charges on. All they needed is was the extra card number. And that could be provided by anyone. You don’t need to… you know to hack into final Internet when you can just steal someone’s credit card number and create card for yourself. In fact, to have Ma* to been a * and not a fake line Catherine wouldn’t to even know the card existed. Many of the stories in this traveling oral history project had been about relationships. Today, two friends, Cathy Resmer and Jules Fishelman talk about how their relationship was transform at potluck dinner. You facing a sink, and you washing dishes, and we talking, and there’s a pause and then you asked: Would you like to be our sperm donor? And I just… I have no idea what’s going on…I felt completely warmed by even the question, but I never asked you how you got to that point. Well, only as I got civil union in 2000. I had never thought about having kids, until I was with Elise. But I really wanna to have a known donor like if you ever seen Star Wars, for example, you know, the whole * about Luke and search for his father… You want to make sure that his father was not Darth Vader… I did. That was a part of it. I’ll appreciate about that. You know, I just… I really just wanted my child to grow up, not having to ask that question in that way. Seems it like…okay, so who we are gonna ask? And you are the one on the list, * one. And that we picked you is because you are the kind of person that you want our child to grow into. This is Shirley Giffith. http://bbs.putclub.com/index.php?showtopic=109207 查看(40) 评论(0) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 边走边看 2006-12-27 16:57:00 今天很快地做完了试卷, 交了走人... 今天和她吵了起来, 但我却觉得心里有一种放掉负担的轻松感. 恩, 我终于获得了清静. 回家的时候, 脑袋里想了很多. 街上的东西都渐渐明晰起来... 店铺里掺着奶油香精的蛋卷, 橱窗里陈列的各种皮靴, 美容院门口纷发宣传单的人, 超市里来来往往的顾客....... 原来每一条路上的人都来自不同的世界. 昨天台湾那边地震了, 我们这边七楼的住户也能感觉得到... 并且一同紧张, 使用相同的心跳频率. 最近很累. 但现在突然觉得那真不算什么, 真的不算什么. 我害怕我会遗忘很多东西, 包括我自己. 其实生活在这个城市有很多东西都让我觉得痛苦万分. 每天早晨我懒洋洋地走在去学校的路上, 沿路只有一堆堆散乱的垃圾, 白色的塑料袋如信鸽般在云间飞舞着,张扬着. 风把每一颗灰尘都卷起来, 它们在我的眼睛边, 我的发丝边徘徊着. 早晨会看见一只灰白色的流浪狗, 每次看见它我口袋里总是没有香肠和面包, 只有空空的叹息. 那狗用一种复杂的眼神凝视着我, 有对人类的恨, 有伤心......还有很多我不知道的. 它在垃圾堆边翻捡着, 仿佛上了年纪的拾荒者, 不理会周围不屑. 在寒风中, 它很坚强, 很独立. * * * * * * * * * * 在马路上, 汽车一个开得比一个快, 也许它们在进行一项重要的比赛. 我在这难闻的烟尘中几乎要窒息. 也许我什么也不知道... 所谓智者总是喜欢批评庸者, 自认为清高. 其实有些时候, 智者未必有智慧, 庸者未必平庸. 平庸的人也有平庸的智慧, 你可以不屑一顾, 但那就是智慧, 真真实实地摆在你面前. 每当看到所谓的作家大谈他们的精神境界, 谈他们所说的爱与真诚时, 我看他们比那个在大街上扫地的庸者差远了... 所有的心灵美文都被他们上了套, 所有的高考满分作文都失去了自我. 那些所谓的人生意义都没了意义. 很虚伪. 很多人都很虚伪. 我的梦想是像梭罗一样在宁静隔世的乡村建造一间简单朴素的小屋, 在那里度过我的后半生. 但我发现,要实现这个梦想实际要很多金钱. 中国的乡村是没戏了, 它们永远被旅游业和工业死死地盯着, 那是一块大肥肉----- 每一缕绿色的梦想都被轰鸣的机器吞没了, 多年前, 想在梅岭上和那里的农民一样建间房住. 而现在那里满是人来人往, 满是过度开发的痕迹...... 自然其实离我们越来越远了. 于是向往普罗旺斯那样的人间天堂, 但如果要入法国国籍的话, 我又舍不得自己的祖国----其实我多希望我们也能像人家一样家家户户都拥有绿色,可惜它们来的太迟了. 所以为了这个朴素的梦想, 我只有努力赚钱-----但努力赚钱的结果却只是为了一片自然和安宁. 我现在只有幻想. 很奇怪, 有些人的贪婪永远都无休无止...... 也不知道他要那么多钱干什么, 当他死后, 那些花花绿绿的大钞又有什么意义呢? 梭罗说, 只要八美元, 人们就能买一个火车站搬道工放工具的大木箱, 它很大, 能睡下一个人, 白天出去游荡, 夜里到箱子里就可以满足睡眠的愿望. 当然这过于夸张, 但我们只要有件可以避风避雨的砖房就足够了. 把一生都用在买所谓的好房子有多大意义? 等到房子到手, 人生已经过去了大半段, 很多该享受的幸福都错过了. 人类就是把自己看得太高贵了, 这个高高在上急剧地膨胀了他们的毁灭心. 这没有任何意义. * * * * * * * * * * 元旦的时候想好好休息一下, 云兮答应了我一起去千花伴...... 我真想买只小动物来养, 但是妈妈是不会同意的. 罗琳的Harry Potter总算要结束了......到时候我妈肯定又要看的. 这本书从我开始看发展成我妈看, 结果还一发不可收拾, 而后来我却不愿看了. 我其实很厌烦马拉松似的写作, 总是吊人胃口, 这样的作家挺讨厌. 今天考试卷上有一篇阅读, 上面有句话是我第一次来举双手赞成的: 现代史成为空白点, 近代史成为薄弱点, 古代史成为集中点, 越古越厚, 越今越薄, 甚至有古无今------- 我们原本可以把历史说得很清楚, 但是却和政治挂了钩------所以真相被人否认着, 谎言被人越说越圆. 真正的罪人被今天的媒体大吹特吹, 而真正的伟人却被人大部分人遗忘甚至诽谤......为什么我们中国的文学不可以得诺贝尔奖, 不是因为我们没能力, 也不是因为语言的问题. 真正的问题在于没有一个人敢说真话!!! 不管谈到什么问题, 总是只能就事情的表面谈谈, 根本没有任何意义-------所以很多问题依然没有解决. >曾在奥地利被禁, 但她最终能冲破囚笼向世界大吼控诉, 最终也获得诺贝尔奖. 而我们...........上面那么多块砖压着, 你能写好东西么? 一个很奇怪的现象. 近一年来我都有留意政治新闻, 每次看到某地某些官员因贪污等罪名被抓都可以发现他们大部分是副级的, 比如副处长, 副局长, 副市长, 副省长, 副财务科科长....... 而正级的几乎是零. 我真想向上级表达一下我的看法, 这些副的都要着有什么用啊, 做那么多坏事, 干脆取消副级这些职位算了!!!!! 哼, 真是特别好笑. 查看(60) 评论(4) 收藏 分享 圈子 管理 伤害... 2006-12-26 17:29:00 当我第一次遇见她的时候,她笑得很甜美, 很阳光......我以为这会是一段美好的旅程, 但是我错了. 一次又一次地苛求我,一次又一次地伤害我, 又一次又一次地求我原谅她......她就是这么对待她的好朋友么? 我承认她对我挺关心,但那似乎是双向的. 她鄙视一切, 嘲笑这个嘲笑那个...... 我很奇怪我怎么会一次又一次地原谅她,是因为我想学着宽容么? "有病!" 这就是她丢给我的话......我甚至什么也没做, 只是告诉她我希望他的父亲能够查一查大街小巷里那些可怜的乞儿的真实身份(他父亲是公安局副局长). 她却大吼大叫,说我把他父亲当做仆人,大喊: 我爸和你什么关系?! 你不要说我爸,我爸是你可以说的么?! 我做错了什么? 我知道她家还有一个很小的弟弟, 似乎父母对她的爱被这小生灵夺走了......在学校很多人都不喜欢她,她很孤傲又很专横, 她不太和群. 我知道这样的女孩子是很孤独的,所以我走近她, 什么都让着她, 任她在我面前发脾气, 任她说我的不是. 但今天我真的受到了伤害......这些已经超出我宽容的范围了, 我也是有自尊的人, 我也有心情不好的时候. 但她却忽视了. 她们劝我不要太辛苦地维持这所谓的友谊, 我想, 我应该放开的.

来源：瑞星公司 时间：2007-05-23 09:40:59 鉴于卡巴斯基公司对错杀瑞星卡卡一事无理狡辩、百般抵赖，并肆意嘲讽、攻击作为受害者的瑞星公司是在进行炒作，瑞星公司正式向广大媒体和公众揭露其蔑视中国用户权益的强盗行径。 根据网民和用户的举报及最新技术统计，自从2006年11月至今，Windows、QQ、盛大传奇、WPS、金山词霸、工行网上银行、瑞星卡卡、阿里巴巴“贸易通”……短短半年之内，卡巴斯基杀毒软件共发生多达22件重大的误杀事故，受害者全部是拥有海量用户的重要软件产品，其中不乏中国本土主流软件，以及卡巴斯基公司竞争对手的软件产品。由于卡巴斯基公司对这些严重误杀事件采取不公布、不承认、不道歉、不赔偿的态度，以至于众多的受害用户至今依然蒙在鼓里、毫不知情。 一贯号称在欧美的杀毒产品评测中“误报率极低”或“误报率为零”的卡巴斯基杀毒软件，为什么在中国出现如此之多的重大误杀事件，为什么对中国用户正在使用的众多著名软件产品肆意滥杀？如此蔑视中国用户的权益，将竞争对手的产品和众多中国本土软件当作病毒查杀，卡巴斯基到底是杀毒软件还是网络强盗？ 半年之内发生22次重大的误杀事件，卡巴斯基公司不但不积极解决问题，反而高坐在中国各大门户网站的嘉宾席上，以嘲弄的口吻攻击受害者打口水仗和炒作，这种颠倒黑白的做法完全是强盗逻辑！ 事实上，卡巴斯基的野蛮误杀行为由来已久，以致受害企业不得不提起法律诉讼，最终败诉的卡巴斯基公司被迫公开道歉。 但是卡巴斯基公司完全不接受教训，继续打着“一切为了用户安全”的旗号，依然我行我素、野蛮地错杀各种中国用户广泛使用的软件产品。 附：请看卡巴斯基22次重大误杀的具体情况。 一、2007年5月21日，卡巴斯基将QQ2007Beta1官方版本中的“QQExternal.exe”文件当作“Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Agent.ajw”木马进行查杀，造成该软件许多功能无法正常使用。——QQ是中国最大的即时通信软件，拥有上亿用户。 二、2007年5月19日，卡巴斯基将金山公司WPS2005安装程序释放的startMenu.dll文件当作“TrojanDownload.Agent.yoh”木马程序进行查杀，造成WPS2005无法被正确安装使用。——WPS是中国民族软件的旗帜，而且金山公司是卡巴斯基公司的竞争对手。 三、2007年5月19日，卡巴斯基把瑞星卡卡的升级组件识别为病毒，并将其彻底删除，导致瑞星卡卡无法升级，无法查杀最新的流氓软件。——瑞星卡卡是中国用户量最多、最受用户欢迎的反流氓软工具，拥有5000万左右的用户，瑞星公司为卡巴斯基公司的竞争对手。 四、2007年5月18日，卡巴斯基误将XP中文版的系统文件shdocvw.dll文件当作“Trojan.Win32.Agent.alz”病毒清除，会造成用户启动系统后桌面上所有图标都消失，并且无法看到任务栏。——几乎所有的华语用户都在使用简体或繁体版本的操作系统软件。 五、2007年4月28日，卡巴斯基将金山词霸某升级版本当作病毒查杀，造成用户无法正常使用该软件。——国内用户量最大的翻译软件，金山公司为卡巴斯基公司的竞争对手。 六、2007年4月，卡巴斯基将股票交易软件“同花顺”误报为病毒。 七、2007年4月6日，卡巴斯基5.0误报卡巴斯基6.0简体中文版安装包为“Trojan.Win32.KillAV.jr”。——不作评论。 八、2007年2月26日，卡巴斯基将企达软件公司的多款商业软件作品报毒（企达软件系列作品是由全中文编程语言——《易语言》编写的。）值得注意的是，早在2006年2月23日卡巴斯基因为误报“易语言”而被大连某公司状告至大连中山区法院，并败诉且在电脑报上公开道歉，可畏屡教不改。 九、2007年2月24日，卡巴斯基将著名压缩软件WinRAR 3.62的官方版本的Default.SFX文件当作病毒清除，同时，采用该版本生成的自解压缩包均被识别为“Trojan-PSW.Win32.Nilage.bhe”病毒。——数千万中国用户在使用的重要工具软件。 十、2007年1月22日，卡巴斯基再次将Win2000 SP4中的wininet.dll文件当作病毒清除，导致打开IE时报错，并且依赖于该文件访问网络的下载工具等均无法正常使用。——目前有数千万中国用户正在使用该操作系统。 十一、2006年12月29日，卡巴斯基将系统文件wininet.dll当作病毒清除，造成IE无法正常使用。——目前有数千万中国用户正在使用该操作系统。 十二、2006年12月14日，卡巴斯基将官方QQ2006Beta3版本中的QQPhonehelp.dll文件当作病毒误杀，造成QQ的一些功能无法正常使用。——QQ是中国最大的即时通信软件，拥有上亿用户。 十三、2006年12月9日，卡巴斯基将360安全卫士升级文件当作木马清除。——360安全卫士是一款拥有上千万用户的反流氓软件产品。 十四、2006年11月15日，卡巴斯基将网络游戏“魔力宝贝”误杀，造成大量玩家无法进入游戏。——这是一款在国内拥有大量铁杆用户的游戏产品。 十五、2006年11月14日，卡巴斯基将暴风影音误判为Trojan-Dropper.Win32.Delf.abg病毒清除，造成暴风影音的用户无法使用该软件。——一款拥有大量用户的国产播放软件。 其它重要误杀还有： 十六、2007年1月26日，卡巴斯基将超级巡警熊猫烧香病毒专杀工具当作病毒清除。 十七、2007年1月28日，卡巴斯基将实况足球游戏EPT版本当作病毒查杀，造成大量该游戏用户无法进入游戏。 十八、2007年2月1日，卡巴斯基将著名语音通讯软件Skype的安装程序当作Trojan.generic病毒误杀，造成用户无法安装使用该软件。 十九、2007年2月17日，卡巴斯基网络游戏“跑跑卡丁车”识别为风险程序，造成该游戏玩家无法正常游戏。 二十、2006年，卡巴斯基将纳斯达克上市公司盛大网络负责运营的传奇世界误报为木马。 二十一、2006年，卡巴斯基将阿里巴巴旗下“贸易通”软件误报为病毒。 二十二、2006年，卡巴斯基将中国工商银行网银登录控件误报为木马程序 Trojan-PSW.Win32.Agent.ha 。

重甲骑兵是无敌的

The present invention is directed to a novel dimethi- 8 Claims, No Drawings SILICONE ESTER QUATERNARY COMPOUNDS RELATED APPLICATION This application is a continuation in part of copending 5 application Ser. No. 07/674,410, filed Mar. 25, 1991, now U.S. Pat. No. 5,098,979. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION (1) Field of Invention 10 The present invention relates to a series of novel cpaternHry silicone polymers, an intermediate useful in softening hair, and fiber and conditioning skin. Since the compounds of the present invention are high molecular weight silicone polymers, they have a high degree of oxidative stability, even at elevated temperatures. In addition, these compounds are non volatile and unlike many other traditional fatty quaternary compounds are non yellowing when applied to textile sub- 20 strates and are non irritating to eyes and skin. The compounds of the present invention are prepared by the reaction of chloracetic acid with a pendant hydroxyl group which is present on a silicone polymer, followed by the reaction of the halo-ester with a tertiary 25 amine to give a quaternary compound. In a preferred embodiment the hydroxy containing silicone polymer has been alkoxylated with ethylene oxide, propylene ,297 2 This is achieved by selection of the hydroxy silicone polymer used as a raw material. Application of the compounds of the invention can be from solvent, aqueous dispersion or solution, or applied neat in these process. It is anticipated that the effective conditioning concentration of the compound of this invention ranges from 0.1% to 25% by weight. The silicone polymers, suitable as raw materials, in a preferred embodiment, contain varying amounts of ethylene oxide, propylene oxide or mixtures thereof. The presence of the oxide in the silicone polymer results in compounds with an inverse cloud point. Inverse cloud point phenomenon are well known to those skilled in the art of nonionic surface active agents. The inverse cloud point is defined as a temperature above which the polymer has minimal solubility in water. If heat is applied to an aqueous solution of the nonionic at the inverse cloud point the material will become insoluble, and the solution will turn milky. It is at this point that the polymer has minimal water solubility. Since the product is no longer in solution at above this temperature, it is within this temperature range that the product has maximum substantivity to a fiber. The ability to use temperature to deposit a lubricant, antistat onto a fiber offers a great advantage in cost effectiveness of fiber treatment, and results in less product usage.
