用迅雷大概在375K左右，比较稳定。

兰州电信 ADSL 2M

快车下载 平均200K/S

IE目标另存为 130-180 K

刚开始进400多K 越来越慢 一直到150K左右才稳定

IE下载，海南电信校园网。

最高200左右

WBE下载130K/S。 迅雷不能下载。
