以我个人拙见,貌似你的安装顺序反了,应该在1.0英文版状态下-先装1.3升级包,再装简体中文升级...你的乱码貌似是繁体和简体冲突造成的 ..........

这个转换包的安装前提确实是先要把原语言版本的游戏升级到 V1.30 ，这样不容易出错。
