1、以上这两个链接中，我点击下载文件，然后保存开始下载，但总是下载到一半的时候，进度条就显示全部下载完毕（用IE浏览器和火狐浏览器下载的），点击打开RAR文件就显示文件错误，请问这是什么问题？

2、还有，文件下载不能用下载软件（如迅雷等）下载的吗？
