Q4声卡问题紧急求救！！！！！

:( 我很痛苦！真的很痛苦！下载了Q4也顺利安装了，也顺利打上了免CD补丁，可以运行。

但是就是没有声音！！

游戏系统在声音选项里面提示：you sound card dose not support openal。进入系统DX检测，最后结果我的声卡不支持硬件缓冲，只能从软件缓存区提取声音。

我是版载AC97的声卡，有没有什么补救办法？？？还是只能换一块声卡？？？

可是我的其他游戏声音都很正常，为什么偏偏Q4出问题呢？

请各位帮忙出出主意，感激不尽！！！！

不用理会，对游戏没有任何影响
