put your ***.HAG files in this file:

models/characters/player

You need to add the name of you skins in this file to be able to see it in the player setup option:

data/dmmodels.txt

To add custom skins you need to add them in this files:

models/characters/allied/textures

or

models/characters/axis/textures

Then you have to add the textures/Skel models location in this file:

models/characters/allied/allied_cases.hi

or

models/characters/axis/axis_cases.hi

Then you have to allow the skins on you server with these commands:

set sv_allowed_allied_skins "allied_***_MP allied_***_MP..."

set sv_allowed_axis_skins "axis_***_MP axis_***_MP..."

I did my best to explain how it works but my english is not really good... so feel free to use this to make a decent tutorial.

P.S.: The game will be unpure by doing this... so you will have to remove the .pk3 file from your main folder to play on a pure server.
