我的是1。2的英文版，注册表信息正常。

运行1。3升级补丁后，在运行完升级向导后开始升级前，我一按下next就出现如下提示：

this installtion is unable to continue,please make sure that one copy of the patch is running at time

我重新启动不运行任何程序的情况下安装也不行

实在不行：９只能把　1.2　卸了，重装　1.0，再升　1.3　……

这样最好……
