求助！我的FEAR无法升级到108

小弟买了张D盘的FEAR，安装以后到了第三关就非法操作了，后来下载了游侠的补丁得以继续，但是好像补丁好以后变成1.01-Retail了（没装补丁前我也没注意是什么版本）。前两天下载好了撤离点，又要求升级到1.07，再下载fear_update_zhtw_100-107_108.exe文件，但是问题出现了，双击升级文件安装时提示一个窗口里乱码+红叉，我也不知道是什么问题！求助哪位大大~~~
